Looking for the ideal summer school right here in Virginia? There are many great reasons to consider Randolph-Macon Academy (R-MA), a co-ed boarding school with an elite Air Force JROTC program. Our private institution in Front Royal has many unique perks to offer students during every season of the year—including the summer months. Both Middle and Upper School students have exciting course options, with Upper School students able to transfer their high school credits upon successful course completion. R-MA’s Summer Programs go from June 24 to July 23, 2021. Classes are in-person and on-campus, with the safety of our students being our top priority.

Why R-MA Is an Excellent School for Summer Courses

At R-MA, students learn a variety of subjects in our summer school courses, with the aim of teaching them important concepts in a condensed amount of time. Students will have academic enrichment opportunities unique to both the Middle and Upper School levels. Our Aviation Explorers program is also available to Upper School students, where they can learn more about flight training and drones. In other words, students have excellent incentive to continue their R-MA education during the summer!
The benefits of taking summer courses at R-MA:
  • Courses offered in various subjects, including History, English, and Computer Science
  • COVID-19 safety precautions in place (e.g. social distancing, mandatory face coverings)
  • Upper Schoolers able to take one or two courses over four weeks
